One Click Driver Soft END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

A. One Click Driver Soft Software

Grant of License

One Click Driver Soft grants you a limited, internal-use-only, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use one copy of the software in object code form on one (1) computer.

You may use the software to scan your computer for driver-related information. If you do not subscribe to the applicable service, driver updates may not be available for download.

One Click Driver Soft and its suppliers retain all rights that are not specifically granted to you under this Agreement.

Obligations

You may not use the software for commercial purposes or allow anyone else to do so on your behalf. You must also follow the restrictions described in Section B and comply with the other requirements of this Agreement.

B. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Grant of License

Once you accept this Agreement and pay the applicable subscription fee, One Click Driver Soft grants you a limited, internal-use-only, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use the Software and Service in object code form.

Depending on your subscription plan, the Service allows you to perform scans and access and download available Driver Updates. You may install the Software and use the Service on the number of computers permitted under the subscription you purchased.

If you try to use the Service on more computers than your subscription allows, we may ask you to upgrade your subscription to cover the additional computers. Your account or access to the Service may be suspended if the additional usage is not covered by your subscription.

Any rights not specifically granted to you under this Agreement remain with One Click Driver Soft and, where applicable, its suppliers.

One Click Driver Soft or Qurizon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may change or improve the Software or Service from time to time. If we make a material change to the Software, Service, or this Agreement, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method where appropriate.

If you continue using the Software or Service after a material change takes effect, your continued use will be subject to the updated terms.

1. End User Obligations

You agree to the following requirements and restrictions. These obligations will continue to apply where their nature requires them to remain in effect after this Agreement ends:

• You must not transfer, sublicense, sell, resell, assign, distribute, rent, or lease the Software or Service to another party.
• You must not remove, disable, or hide any copyright, trademark, trade name, logo, or other ownership notices included with the Software or Service.
• You must not copy or reproduce the Software, except where such copying is permitted by applicable law or this Agreement.
• You should take reasonable steps to protect the Software and Service from unauthorized copying, publication, disclosure, or distribution.
• You must not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Software, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so.
• You must not use the Service by providing a false identity or pretending to be someone else.
• You must not knowingly infringe One Click Driver Soft’s intellectual property rights.
• You should only install the Software and use the Service on computers you own or are authorized to use, and only for non-commercial purposes unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
• You must not share your username or password with people who are not authorized to use the Service. Sharing account credentials may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.
• You must not create derivative works from the Software or Service, except where permitted by applicable law.
• You must not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• You must not publish benchmarking or similar analysis of the Software or Service without our prior written permission.
• We recommend keeping regular backups of important files stored on your computer before making significant changes to drivers or other system components.
• If applicable, you are responsible for making sure that anyone you authorize to use the Service is aware of and follows this Agreement.
• You should install Software updates when prompted where they are necessary for the continued operation or security of the Service.
• The Service may require an active internet connection for certain features to work.
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and directives.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

One Click Driver Soft owns or has the necessary rights to use the Software, Service, and related materials, including the applicable copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

The Software and Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international agreements.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Software, Service, or related intellectual property to you. You receive only the licence rights specifically described in this Agreement.

Unless expressly permitted under this Agreement, you may not sell, assign, lease, transfer, or otherwise give another person or organisation an ownership interest in the Software or Service.

If you have agreed to receive communications from us, you may receive emails containing company news, product updates, service information, or information about related products and services.

3. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Driver Updates may be supplied by third parties. Any third-party Driver Updates remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

When you download or install a Driver Update through the Service, additional licence terms from the relevant supplier may apply. You are responsible for reviewing and following those terms where applicable.

One Click Driver Soft is not responsible for problems caused by third-party Driver Updates to the extent permitted by applicable law. We recommend backing up important data before making significant driver changes.

4. License Fee and Refunds

You may not use the Service to download Driver Updates unless the applicable subscription fee has been paid.

All fees are payable in US dollars unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the One Click Driver Soft Refund Policy applicable to your purchase.

5. Updates and New Features

One Click Driver Soft may release improvements, enhancements, modifications, revisions, error corrections, and new features from time to time. We may refer to these collectively as “Updates.”

We are not required to provide a particular Update or maintain every feature of the Software or Service indefinitely

We may also offer optional features, functionality, services, or support that require an additional fee. Any additional features or services you purchase, along with applicable Updates, will form part of the Service and will remain subject to this Agreement unless separate terms apply.

6. Installation

The Software is installed in the Windows Program Files folder (x86), under the “One Click Driver Soft” directory, where applicable.

Once installation has started, you should allow the installation process to complete rather than interrupting it. Interrupting an installation may leave incomplete files on your computer.

When the Software is uninstalled using the available uninstall process, the files installed as part of the Software should be removed in accordance with the current version of the uninstall process.

C. GENERAL

Term

This Agreement takes effect when you accept it and remains in effect until your licence or subscription ends, or until the Agreement is otherwise terminated.

If you breach the terms of this Agreement, One Click Driver Soft may terminate or suspend your licence or access to the Service, subject to applicable law.

When the Agreement ends, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the Software where applicable.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Software and Service are provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Software or Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose. We also do not guarantee that using the Software will resolve every driver-related or computer problem.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Click Driver Soft will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software or Service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, One Click Driver Soft’s liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between you and One Click Driver Soft regarding the Software and Service and replaces any earlier agreements or communications about the same subject.

Any changes to this Agreement must be made in accordance with the modification provisions stated in these terms.

English Language

This Agreement is written in English. If it is translated into another language and there is a difference between the translated version and the English version, the English version will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law and Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws stated in the governing-law provisions for the Software or Service. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction specified by those provisions, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement unless permitted by these terms or agreed to by One Click Driver Soft.

Any claim relating to this Agreement must be brought within the time allowed by applicable law.

Export Regulations

The Software may be subject to applicable export control and trade laws. You are responsible for complying with those laws when exporting, re-exporting, transferring, or otherwise making the Software available to another country, person, or organisation.

Third-Party Software

The Software may include components or code provided by third parties. Those components may be subject to their own licence terms.

Nothing in this Agreement overrides the applicable terms of a third-party licence. Third-party software is provided according to the terms and conditions that apply to it.
